Vedic Plantation, operating under the Sunflower Sole Sapling Shoppe brand, provides residential and commercial landscaping services, including live and artificial garden design, terrace/rooftop landscaping, vertical green walls, and Zen/wellness landscapes, as described on our Services pages. Exact scope, materials, and deliverables for any project are confirmed in a written quotation or contract before work begins.
3. Quotations & Estimates
Quotations provided via this website, phone, or email are estimates based on the information available at the time and are subject to confirmation after a site visit. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and scope changes agreed with the client.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms (advance, milestone, or completion payments) will be specified in your project quotation/agreement.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Site visits or installation dates may be rescheduled with [24/48] hours’ notice. Cancellation terms for confirmed projects are as set out in your project agreement.
6. Plant & Material Warranty
Live plants are subject to natural growth cycles and require the agreed maintenance regimen; we do not warranty plant survival where the client’s own maintenance schedule is not followed. Artificial landscaping materials are covered against manufacturing defects under normal use.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including photographs of completed projects, design concepts, written material, and the Sunflower Sole Sapling Shoppe brand name and logo — is the property of Vedic Plantation unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vedic Plantation is not liable for damage arising from pre-existing site conditions (structural, drainage, waterproofing) not disclosed prior to project commencement, or for maintenance issues arising after handover where the client has not followed the agreed maintenance plan.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.
